They didn't provide the training that was promised. The training listed as several days full time. was actually only less than half that time. The training was less than useful. Didn't have all the equipment. And not all the course syllabus was finished. A refund was promised once the director meant with the team at BPA conference, however shortly after that they ignored our request. It was just to have us shut up about our experience while at the booth! I would not support this company! We still haven't gotten any resolution, only smart like combative remarks! We are requesting the promised refund! And an oology for the unprofessionalism. Both by the instructor, and your lies in person and online! This class was help eariler this year in 2023 of March.

Complainant registered for training on 1JAN23 via online on-demand web-based training and a live component. The Complainant completed the live training 28MAR23 then tested. The Complainant failed the Building Analyst written exam, and the Instructor postponed the Envelope written exam to provide the Complainant more study time.At the training the Complainant was unprepared; incomplete with online training;habitually late, combative, off task; and not in compliance with Everblues student conduct policy (Att 1). Everblue and Instructor never received a response from the Complainant about rescheduling the two written exams. The Instructor reported the students behavior to Everblue after the event. Everblue submitted all exams. Complainant contacted and employee at a conference on 18APR23 after initiating a chargeback. The Complainant described his experience and again sought a refund. The employee told the student that they would work toward a solution but did not promise a refund. After reviewing the test scores with BPI, the employee emailed  the Complainants listed email address on 18APR23 (Att 2) and had a *** call the Complainant to communicate that resolution. Neither email, nor the phone call received a response. (Att 2).Complainant contacted Everblue on 19JUN23, demanding a refund. The *** attempted to find resolution and the Complainant berated the *** using incredibly offensive language (Att 3). After that call, *** reached out to Complainant again. A different person requested a partial refund on Complainants behalf.Everblue emailed Complainant confirming processing a partial refund after the Complainant called/emailed the company apologizing for his behavior (Att 4).Everblue contacted Complainant on 26JUN23 after notification of the BBB complaint on 25JUN23. Complainant did apologize during this call. Everblue processed a partial refund for training as of the time of response via check,to be received by the Complainant on 6JUL23.
