  Chuck filed my personal income taxes Federal and **************. I find Chuck very unprofessional. During weeks leading up to the tax filing deadline, he does not return calls or emails. In addition, he does not pay attention to details, did not include all documents I sent him, made mistakes on my filing which resulted in me having to have another CPA file my amendment. In my transition to another CPA, he also told me he lost my files!I always had CPA's file my taxes and I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism.

  ********** asked me to transmitt her "scanned" files from 2021. Her files were returned to her back in 2021. Her scanned files were archived. I told i would try to get to them when I could. She had asked me for the files as she had moved and hers were in boxes. Again ,these were 2021 files ********** also contacted me about 2021 return that another preparer had said needed amending. When ********* contacted me, she wanted me to help pay for the amendment. I told *********** would amend the 2021 return for her if required without charge, but this was not acceptable to ************ should also be noted that ********* holds herself out to be a Certified Public Accountant. So I am somewhat at a loss why she did not bring up any causes for changes or amendment when the 2021 tax return was prepared.Again, this involved 2021 tax year, not 2022. ************* files for 2021 were returned to her promptly during the 2021 tax season; she is/was in possession of the files back in the 2021 tax filing season. My archived copies are just that, scanned copies. ********* informed me also that she had omitted some information from her return which the 2022 preparer said needed to be included and was in part the reason for the amendment. Again, I told *********** would amend the return without charge if the return needed amending.
