    DO NOT HIRE TEAM LUTEN CONSTRUCTION and any of his affiliates. We feel he is not forthcoming and does not take any care into what his clients concerns are.We hired another builder (*****************************-The ************************* to build our home in March of 2021 with the expectation that he was the one doing the construction. We were then informed that he was partners with Luten. We had never heard of him before finding out at a later date that ************************* did not possess a builder's license so he was working under **********************'s license. We requested constant contact at least twice a week from him on the progress which we never even received that. Luten only showed up on the job site twice and that was to see some serious issues we had with the framing and trusses that were pointed out. He kept telling us that it would be fixed, but they were not. Just covered them up. It took 5 months to frame with only 1-2 framers working part of the time. We found out that sub-contractors would not work for him being they had to chase him to get paid (if and when they did). During the process, it had been a disaster. Completely embarassing and upsetting as it looked like a condemned construction site! It was extremely disheartening to see our dream home look so bad. The lumber was black and weeds hanging off the trusses once up as they were left out in the weather for 2 months before beginning. They even had to drill holes in the plywood floor to releave the flood waters after the house was weathered in. It leaked all over the place. Luten did not care nor pay any attention to any of the build. He never managed the job.
