    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I can only speak in regards to the ******************* Adjusters Pre-Licensing course. Whenever I asked a question or reached out for assistance I received the most demeaning and derogatory comments. There are other companies that off the same class, please trust me and use another company. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased my course.

    This student submitted four tickets through our customer service ticket system on the following dates: 5/28; 6/5; 6/8; and 6/16. All of our responses were not only respectful and professional, but they were also helpful in providing advice as to how to pass our course because the student was in the process of failing. The student responded back with "THANK YOU"! "MUCH APPRECIATED"!, etc. The fourth time this student submitted a customer service ticket was after she had failed our final exam twice and had only one more opportunity to pass. In the fourth ticket, the student asked us to send her the questions that she missed on our final exam so she could study the answers. We explained to her that we could not do this as it is against Indiana law. We can only assume that because we didn't give her our final exam questions so she could pass the course, she is posting bad reviews and making false claims against our company for *********** of the requirements to be granted an adjuster license in ******* is that the applicant be honest and trustworthy. Therefore, we will be filing a complaint with the Indiana Department of Insurance against this student for posting false and defamatory reviews against our company on the internet. The Indiana Department of Insurance, who has approved our company as a provider of prelicensing education and knows our business practices, can take this issue from here.

    I couldn't get passed the first ten minutes because the course wouldn't allow me to move forward due to tech issues. If you get a wrong answer on a quiz they tell you a right answer may still be marked wrong on a retake. Really? First of all WHY? Second of all then how are you supposed to get the mandatory 100% to pass the quiz which is mandatory to move to the next section. Because the website is so poorly designed they request you keep trying multiple browsers to get it to work. How about NO. How about design a functioning website. This company is a JOKE. Completely useless.

    You couldn't get passed the first ten minutes because you were attempting to go back and start a new quiz before you completed the one you had already started. We tried to explain that you needed to finish one quiz before starting another, but you didn't want to hear that you were causing your own issue, and there was not an error with our program. After calling us names and acting completely unprofessional, you asked for a refund and we gave it to you immediately.

    Our course functions very well as most of the major insurance carriers and adjuster firms in the country can attest because they use it to train their new hires on a monthly basis. We have been providing insurance education for almost 40 years and really don't appreciate your untrue review defaming our company.

    I sincerely hope you find a different profession. Someone who acts as unprofessionally and down-right mean as you do should not be working with the public.

    You are completely right I have deleted my Trustpilot review abd will ask the BBB how to delete this one. Before purchasing Before I learned about licensing i applied to a company as an adjuster. There system was completely horrible and unusable. Couldn't access the page to apply on my desktop or phone at least a dozen phone calls over a week to all different people in the company. Somehow this company had no actuall tech department. I kept hearing, clear cookies, clear cache, try a different search engine. Do this. Try that. Then try this. I was able to begin the process from a computer at my local library. I could not however continue from any computer or phone or anywhere else. Again back to phone calls getting transferred from department to department and not one person had a solution. They just kept perking ne around. Not one person seemed to really care. This company was my personal car insurance company and I dropped them for another carrier because I could see what a train wreck the company operated as and naturally also told them pull my application. So I was coming off a similar situation of cleaning cookies and cache and all that and just read it as a red flag. To be honest your website wasn't the most user friendly clearly. But I definitely over reacted and I apologize. At the end of the day personally a more user friendly site where you just start working works best for me.

    I passed my exam with a high 80, I attribute that to this company's course. The State test seemed much easier than any of the tests included in this course which in my opinion is why I got the score I did. Great tool to use and I see why their pass rates are so high.

    As a widower and single parent, this scumbag company did not offer any type of relief or extension for me to to use the study materials when requested. The formatting is ridiculous in that you only have access to a fraction of the study materials until you get a 100% on a quiz (this differs from all other continuing education programs & state exams where only a 70% is needed). In other words, I needed to study Commercial Package Policy but would have had to spend dozens of hours getting through material that I did NOT need to study. The customer service representatives are souless, evil, vile individuals that deserve to be imprisoned.

    I had a most rude and nasty exchange when I asked for a short extension. I understand their policies and I asked for an additional ***** hours. I made NO excuse for my lack of finishing this course and merely asked in kind for a small consideration. I clearly stated I understand if they are unable to accomodate me. As someone who has created, taught and designed online course work (different industry) taken online university courses I have never been treated to a point where I needed to send expletives in response. As for the material there were a lot of contradictions and issues with their quizzes. I will now request from my credit card company a refund and I will find a suitable preparation course for my exam.

    This company provides learning material that is contradicting. Their customer service is horrible and unprofessional. Not to mention, this is one of the more pricier courses in MS. I would NOT recommend to anyone!

    This company is an absolute joke to so many degrees. Not only are the course modules riddled with spelling errors, their course module quizzes are subpar.Their customer service is horrendous and they go out of their way to belittle and demean people when asked a simple question or countering a response that is riddled with conflict information. If you value yourself as an individual and don't want to be made out to feel like you're a lesser individual due to their obscene behavior - find another company. This one should be shut down and fined to the highest degree for the outright scam of an operation they're claiming to run
