Every time my truck goes into a shop (Dealership), I'm always paying at least 3/4 of the warranty workorder. This has happen on 4 different occasions and I'm tired of it. I paid $10,000 for the best warranty and they always have a reason not to pay the full invoice. They come up with the ******** reason why they only pay a small portion and leave me paying the rest. It's not fair, only to have me put my truck in the shop, to have them do a complete vehicle diagnostic test, to find the problem. I tried discussing professionally my reasons and care not to professionally handle it correctly. I've spoken with the technician asking, why my check light is on. They explained, that the check engine light comes on, when it's necessary to let the driver know there is a problem and that the truck should go to a shop. Which I have done and Total 360, comes back with an unusual explanation, which doesn't make any sense. They are just not wanting to pay the cost, only to pay little as possible and leave the rest up to the owner. In 19 months, my truck has been in the shop at least 4 times, each time I'm paying 3/4 of the bill. Which they haven't came close in reaching the $10,000 i paid for the warranty, for them to start paying out of their on pockets. Is not fair to be going through this every time and get no satisfaction in the process. Their explanations doesn't make any sense and the dealerships say the same. They spend less as possible, leaving the rest up to the owner. Why am I paying for a warranty, if I'm not being treated fair, only to keep spending more money, in which they already have mine up front.

Mr. ***** agreement is still active. Two claims were closed of his own accord. A claim was denied, the repair facility identified the failed component as Heater Control Valve actuator. Per Agreement, section K, subsection i, Damage resulting from the failures of related components but not limited to: actuators are not covered. The next claim was paid & was a parts only authorization as per section K of the customers agreement, This Agreement does not cover and shall not be liable for: ix. Continued operation of an impaired vehicle. An estimate will be required and any coverage, if applicable, will be limited to the initial failed component. Part(s) only. The next claim was paid, the customer did not express that he was upset with the outcome. The most recent claim started in February 2025 and approved. RF sent in information showing the failure was due to severe pitting on its sealing surfaces and provided photos verifying this damage. Pitting is a form of corrosion that is not covered under the customer's agreement per section K which states, This Agreement does not cover and shall not be liable for: "iv. Component malfunction due to contamination or corrosion" or "xii. Failure caused by corrosion, rust, dirt, or dust." Therefore, it was non-covered, however, authorization was given as an act of goodwill. Breakdown information is pulled from an ECM report and can not be "madeup". The customer was advised not to continue to operate an impaired vehicle numerous times. The customer continues to use swear words with our staff and often times will simply hang up prior to allowing our team to better assist him. Our staff has remained calm and handled these calls appropriately (all are recorded).TruNorth has upheld the standards of the agreement and will continue to remain available should he have another breakdown before his coverage expiration date.
