    Fraud. This company came and installed a French drain and then collected payment but did not return to finish the job. Payment was given to **** ******** on August 23rd and despite repeated attempts to contact theta have no returned to complete the job but have received payment

    Gave deposit for deck staining on Wednesday 2/28/2024 to start job on Monday 3/4/2024. No call no show, kept deposit and blocked my number.

    Met ************************* from the Pressure Professors at my home in ********* Oct 6, 2022. My mother in law sent him to the house, I discovered later that he was not vetted but found at random on ******** Marketplace. **** came and provided a quote to clean, fix and reattach out gutters. He was pleasant in person and his quote seemed low from what I had been told previous by another contractor, and I accepted. He immediately required a $200 down payment and provided at least 5 different methods of payment, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash.app, etc. I paid him the $200 deposit right away and **** said he could come the next day. However, on the way, on Oct 7, **** texted me that his truck had broken down on the interstate and needed to be repaired. I responded with no problem come this weekend or early next week. On Oct. 10, **** stated that he was picking up his truck and would be back at it. On Oct 14, he texted that the truck was a bigger issue than expected but assured me that I was first on his list. I heard nothing until I texted him on Oct 20, when he said he could come with a week. Again I heard nothing and texted him on Oct 24,25. On Oct 26th he said he was still coming this week, and can be out tomorrow. He did not show up on Oct 27 and did not communicate at all. I texted in evening on Oct 27, that I was upset he didnt show and felt like he was trying to steal my deposit. I asked for my deposit back. To which he replied with a fantastic story that he couldnt refund my deposit because his friend died and he was in the hospital with another friend. On Oct 30th he said he could repay it this week, to which I never received payment. On Nov 10th he said that he would refund today, and have never sent it.In sum, **** never completed the work and stole my $200 deposit. He had multiple methods to accept the deposit, he is incapable of using and of those methods to return my deposit. I believe he is a con running a scan and would not recommend him to anyone.
