    I purchased a X6 60V Max* 21" Self-Propelled Cordless Lawn Mower, Brushless (8.0 Ah ***************** Included) on jun 12th 2025. It arrived damaged so i emailed them and no response then called and talked to an employee. The sent out a replacement mower. I mowed my yard once with the new mower. Went out today (July 16th 2025) to mow, put the battery in and won't start. Tried the first mower battery and won't start. Both batterys show defective and neither battery will start either mower. Clearly there products are sub standard and defective!. I have requested a full refund, but doubt i will ever see it. Buyer beware and please don't go by the reviews!

    Their products are shoddy at best. I bought a lawnmower on April 28th 2025 and by June 30th 2025 the recoil had completely come apart. When I called to tell them about it, their customer service representative, ****, started off by talking down to me, wouldnt listen, and was overall rude and ignorant.

    The company does not communicate. Our X6 lawn mower arrived without instructions. I sent three emails, made one phone call, and received no reply. Of course, they sent out advertising from "customer service." I tried to contact them via that email, but the email bounced back to me. While their products may be good (jury is out), they have no customer service.

    I PURCHASED A SENIX LSSG-H2 ***** IN JULY OF 2024 THROUGH ******. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE *****S IN STORE, SO IT HAD TO BE ORDERED. AFTER PICK UP, I GOT IT HOME AND OPEN AND SAW I HAD RECEIVED A 2023 MODEL *****. LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE OF WHAT I ORDERED. I CALLED THE COMPANY 7/10/24 AND SPOKE TO ****. HE SAID HE WOULD "ESCALATE" THE CALL BACK. NOTHING.. I WAITED A WEEK AND CALLED AGAIN. HE THEN TOLD ME THE 2024 *****S HAVE 2023 ON THEM!?? WHAT A JOKE. I SAID "IF YOU ORDERED A 2024 CAR AND GOT A 2023, WOULD THAT BE OK?" HE SAID HE WAS TRANSFERRING ME TO A MGR. SAT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS AND HAD TO HANG UP. I CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AND GOT A MGR NAMED *****. HE SAID THAT HE CANNOT HELP HOW THEY PULL STOCK TO SHIP TO CUSTOMERS. (EVEN THOUGH HE IS NEAR THE WAREHOUSE) HE COULD HAVE CALLED/SEEN TO IT THAT THE CORRECT ONE WAS PULLED AND SET ASIDE FOR ME. SAID TO TO RETURN THE ***** AND REQUEST A 2024 MODEL SPECIFICALLY! I SAID I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. I ORDERED A CURRENT 2024 MODEL ***** IN JULY OF 2024, THAT'S WHAT I SHOULD RECEIVE. HE DID NOTHING AND REFERRED ME BACK TO ****** TO REORDER ANOTHER "2024" ***** AND PROBABLY GET THE SAME ONE AS THE 1ST TIME. REALLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I purchased an X6 Tiller/Cultivator July 16, 2022 through the Senix website. It was at a discount from full price, but there was no disclaimer that the purchase would not be eligible for product support at a later date. In less than a year, the Battery Charger/Battery quit working and indicated a fault. I contacted Senix and they responded:"The X6 line was discontinued about 2 years ago. A wholesaler bought everything we had in stock. All the products and all of the parts. Unfortunately, we have nothing left here in inventory.******************* ( Services Manager ) Senix Tools"So, if you purchase any products from Senix, it is obsolete at purchase and warranty means nothing as they do not support their products, period. I did ask if there was a compatible replacement and they responded:"Unfortunately no"I will say, at least they responded, but product support is lacking.
