    There is absolutely no communication with this company. I don't blame the BBB for not having them on their site. They don't tell you when they're not picking up they don't give you a schedule for holidays they don't switch your day for a holiday they just leave your trash sitting for the next week. I have not received a bill or any type of communication that I was behind in payments they just stopped picking up my trash and left it sit until I called another company. They really stink in the customer ********************** department I've left messages and for weeks didn't get any return calls. Their hours are not 9 to 7 as it shows in some of their online places they're open 9:00 to 4:00. But even when you try to reach them during business hours they don't pick up the phone
