      I had gutters that were spilling over and causing damage to my house. I thought I would need my gutters re-sloped or replaced which could be expensive. I had another company clean the gutters yearly. The person from All Around Gutters checked and said they were sloped correctly, the reason water was spilling out of the side was there were leaves stuck inside my downspout. He cleared those out and everything has been fine. Highly recommend someone who is so honest. They easily could have charged to do more work because I was worried about the wood damage but would but wanted to do the right thing instead.

      After reading online reviews and securing multiple estimates, I chose this company to do gutter repair and cleaning. The work was completed and the gutters are no longer leaking which is good. Communication and cleanup had a lot to be desired. Texting seemed to be the preferred method of communication from the start, which can be ok. The use of sarcastic emojis and accusing me of being difficult when asking for my name to be spelled properly and expecting cleanup after the job was completed was unprofessional at best. My patio furniture was also moved by placing a foot on it while the worker was on a ladder and pushing it across the patio from the carpet and onto the concrete. Not a good customer experience.

      Maam as always we appreciate customers business. Yet we we came out and stayed in contact throughout entire job. The fact you have given us a low review because we slid your patio furniture i stead of lifting it shows how difficult of a customer you were even though we fixed your gutter problem. We just didnt do it the way you wanted, as well as you left out we came out two times after job completion to ensure you were satisfied. Thank you for your business.
