    I am actively seeking solar installation. I received a cold call from ** Solar (who I have come to learn is not a company but rather a virtual assistant who helps establish appointments for Go So Technologies (who is a consulting firm), in my case for ************* Solar (the actual solar installation team). I proceeded in keeping a consulting appointment with *********************** of Go ************* after 3 previous calls, numerous texts, during which I game my electric provider, the past years worth of electricity use, rates, averages, etc. all of which took about an hours worth of time over a week leading up to the consultation.I had to repeat all of my information and correct *********************** <***** @ goso.tech> during our meeting. Most alarming is how fast his "presentation" turned to predatory lending focusing on how to finance solar which he presented as a cost savings. Stating over and over how there plan is $0 down, and financing terms brings the cost below the net cost of paying for a system with cash. that additional savings with a higher interest loan can save consumers from the lenders "dealers fee".******************* does not seem concerned with his sales team using predatory lending practices.Buyer beware.

    Hi ******, I will work with my team to make sure they are explaining everything properly. I sincerely apologize.  Financing is often one of the more difficult things for employees to understand and I am beefing up the training/scripting in this area as we speak.  

    US solar is an overseas organization partnered with us and many other solar companies. According to our records, we only spoke with you on the phone for one 10 minutes on a discovery call before the full presentation and all of our text messages said "if you have not already sent your usage please send it here". I'm sorry for your frustration, we really just want to correct the issues and our aim is only to help people. This is our first review on any platform less than 5 stars since we have been in business and if you will allow us to make this right, we would love to come to a resolution.
