    I will never return to Twin Transmission. They are the worst! Oct 18,2021,called Twin Transmission,spoke w/**** regarding repair/replace my transmission on a 2013 Lexus ES350. He agreed to do repairs on above date. The quoted amount $5000; $2500 to start. I advanced $2500 by debit for repairs. My car was tow by Twin. They advertised free towing. According to ****, my problem was the gear shift. Spoke with **** many times on progress of my car for updates by phone. ****'s replies were excuses and lies. On 11/05/21, I spoke with ****. He stated that he ordered the parts. The sequence of the following calls were I havent received the parts Im still waiting; the trucks are slow due to Covid1; They dont have enough truck drivers; I called the man, but he said he has to find it"; The man said, he thought he had one but he doesnt now. Finally, 12/21/21, spoke with *********(I just knew my car was ready, it's Christmas). ****'s quotes Im unable to fine the part"..."They stopped selling the part... companies are only making electrical cars now...If I were you, Ill just sell the car for parts on that ********************** thing online. I was completely LIVID. 12/23/21 was the sceduled pick-up date because his men needed to put the car back together. I was charged $600, and he returned my balance. (Satisfied No) On 12/30/21, my daughter(****) was looking for my grand kids carseatsshe ended up looking in the trunk of the Lexus, her surprise there were car parts with a box of bolts and screws in the trunk. My family and I were totally shocked! I called Twin immediately, **** stated If I wouldve put your car back together; you would've paid more. I was charged $600, and he kept my car 10/18-12/23/21 for no reason. He lied and failed to restore my car to its original (the way he got it) My Lexus only had brakes repaired other than that,all original parts. Shops want repair my car due to missing parts on the car. (car remains the same)-$575 ********** fees
