    I purchased a vehicle from Autoburn. They told me the car was running and working fine. Immediately after purchase mid January I started experiencing issues. Wouldnt start up, wouldnt work, kept breaking down. Autoburn tried fixing it a few times and basically told me there is nothing they can do. They sold my previous car, sold me a car that doesnt work in which I paid more money for (including my car)now Im struggling to make ends meet cause of them. I made sure to ask multiple occasions - will the car work and will it run properly Atleast for a while. I have spent over $7000 to keep it on the road over the past 6 months, and officially had to shell out another $10,000 to buy a new car cause this one still doesnt work this is horrendous and I need help

    No dealership gonna warranty 45 years old car.

    In addition , the customer signed "AS IS" buyer guide , so the vehicle been sold "As Is" 

    attaching you the AS IS paperwork signed and dated by the buyer.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    We spoke about the vehicle being in working condition. I was sold a vehicle that didnt drive - sunk thousands into it to get on the road... I was under the notion (which was our agreement) that this car had no issues.

    The vehicle was driven out the lot with no issues impeding driving it .

    Due to the company policy and the age of the vehicle , and you were told that the vehicle is classic and no warranty on it . 

    Will not be able to pay $3,000
