    Built a 4000sq ft house and one of the shower handheld sprayers started leaking causing damage to the wall, baseboard, flooring, and studs in the master bedroom and bath. Called to have them come fix it, as they were the ones that installed it, and they wouldn't come out for a whole week. Not only would they not come out for a week, but they wanted to charge me a service call and parts and labor to fix the leak. I made a call to the owner (*************************) and left him a detailed voicemail on what was going on. He never called me back and clearly didn't care that I had a leak. It was determined that the leak was 100% Premier's fault as the pipe ****** they used for the handheld sprayer was 1/2" too short and only caught 1-2 threads inside the wall. The thread tape and pipe thread sealant they used was nothing more than a temporary seal until it finally gave out and soaked everything. There were multiple issues that came up from broken toilet seats they put in to faucets not working properly or leaking. This sprayer is the final straw as I now have to rebuild walls, flooring, baseboards, paint, etc.. in a brand new house.It is very unprofessional that he didn't have the decency to return a phone call but can be seen updating his ******** page all day long. Not good business.
