    We signed a contract to purchase a new build in August of 2024, when we signed we made it explicitly clear to the *** agent that we must close no later than the end of November. We were guaranteed a closing beginning to mid-November (which should have never been guaranteed) the agent never went over the contract with us. We read it too to ********* the end of September, we were informants by a neighbor that the builder had left and a new one was working on the homes (after sitting for weeks) we were never informed of a builder change or assured that the new builder was up to date on our home. When we confronted the agent we got exscuses and were told our home had not been pushed to the end of December. This was not acceptable. The agent did not respond in a timely manner, putting us in the position to have to make a ******. My husband is a disabled veteran and we have four children and they planned to leave us homeless for two months past our original planned closing. Over the holidays, this would have cost us thousands There were multiple breaches of contract, including not receiving inspections that were clearly outlined in our contract. We received zero communication from the builder or the agent. We believe *** owes us our non-******* money back and is in breach of our contract in multiple areas, as well as their agent breaching laws he is bound by as a realtor. This situation needs to be resolved and made right.
