    I paid for two jackets on January 9, 2025 and they have no arrived. I have contacted them multiple times I no longer need the jackets and wish my money to be refunded.

    I purchased a garment from Hozzifys e-commerce store for $44.43. I received an email for the receipt, saying the order is being processed and will ship within ten days. Several days pass, and there is no update. I checked the status for it to say the order was completed. I contacted customer support about it, which they tell me there has been an issue with their communication with shipping. The order is almost done processing and will ship in the next five days. I told them if there hasnt been an update by the tenth day I want a refund, as my purchase will not arrive when I need it. They have gone silent since. Ive emailed them, and tried to call them, and there has been no response. As far as I can tell they have stolen from me. I have the receipt and the email available upon request.

    I purchased a pair of **** **************** 4 Green metallic shoes...you were paid from my account on 12/23/2022.. I didn't receive anything until Jan 11.. it was completely different shoes and the wrong size...I have no way to contact the seller...payment was made to hozzify.co...5944...httpshozzify.** 02482...return address on package was *********************,** I need help.i was never sent an invoice.....only way I found where the payment went was from my bank statement

    I ordered sneakers from this company. They sent me a fake tracking for ***** and sent email saying delivered. There was a link to report that you didn't receive the package. 2 days later I got a call back saying my package was confiscated by the authorities. Gave me fake phone number. I want my money back. Don't do business with these people. It's a scam

    Did not receive my order from Hozzify . Deceptive tracking information. Emailed company several times , finally heard back from them after I notified them that the post office did an investigation and found the package was never received by them as stated on there tracking web site. We did receive an answer stating it must have gotten lost in transit and they would redo the order and send it . We then requested some kind of proof and tracking number so we could feel confident that things were being handled and we would receive the sweatshirts we paid for in Early OCT. I have read reviews post order that have voiced similar problems with the company. The customer service number is international. I also noted the address is all lower caps making me even more suspicious of the company. ******* **************************
