    I would not give this guy / company a 1 star review (it was a option so I put 1).On Saturday 15 June 2024 I had Mr. ********************** Kelly show up to my house to give me a estimate on removing popcorn ceiling and installing Crown Molding in living room and dining room. He did not show up at the scheduled appointment time I set with him at 9:00 am. I had to call him to get an excuse I had another project to work on. He could had called me and let me know the delay not me calling him and asked why he is late. A few hours later he arrives. Right off the bat had looked at my ceilings and was telling me simple drywall repairs that he has to do. He said he does not do crown molding. He said this job is too much and said he does not want the project and said sorry for wasting your time. How is it that his company is rated 5 stars as advertised ceiling repairs and drywall repairs and walks away and said I cant do this. This is the original ceiling and had not been painted over and the popcorn ceiling falls right off with water and a putty painter tool. He said the old dry wall tape some will come off. My reply put new drywall tape Spackle the repair and sand it out. Instead tells me he cant do the job he does not have employees to help and walks away.
