      My son got me a refrigerator that was delivered around the 27th of November, on the 30th of November when I open the door the whole door came off. I called them twice on Monday, Tuesday and once on Wednesday trying to get the issue resolved. On Monday and Tuesday I was told someone would call me back they never did. When I called on Wednesday I was told the same thing. I then inform them that I would be making a report to the BBB. I have lost over ****** worth of food because of this. And I told then that my food was messing up. They were supposed to bring out a replace however as of today December 5 4:55 pm that has not been did. I had to shut my water of in hopes that they would bring it out but nothing has been brought out so as of right now my water has been of since 11:am because of this. So I have spoiled food and no water as of the filing of this complaint. Please help

      Got a washer and dryer and since I have got it had to get dryer repaired 3 times and got a bed frame and it has broke now and for past 2 to 3 months still trying to get fixed or a new one but they don't want to help or fix the 3 months of payment I haven't made cause my products are fixed and when I tried talking to store manager he upset me told me it wasn't his problem and was cussing at me on the phone so I want them to fix the problem now and my 3 month late payment *********** my account and report to credit bureau its up to date. I am really upset and unhappy with the company.
