    Deserves negative stars. The only thing consistent about this company is the lack of consistency, and of course when they draft the payment. The weather is too hot or sometimes to cold. Or maybe its just to windy. They come late, early or not at all.

    Their punctuality with garbage pickup consistent with their posted route days of service is horrible. Scheduled standard to pick up garbage in ************ is every Friday. So I put my garbage bin out Thursday to avoid missing. I leave the bin outside on the curb through Saturday. ************** does not pick up, so I roll my full garbage bin back into my garage. And then on Sunday, ************** picks up garbage from the neighborhood; Sunday isnt even a scheduled standard day for any of their routes according their site map. Of course, I didnt know theyd come on Sunday, so I missed that one.

    Trash is not picked up promptly, you sign up for text alerts as to when there will be delays in service and get no such alerts. What you will get, however, is a bait and switch technique where you will pay for a service only to not have received what you paid for. Our trash has not been picked ** in over a week. And with an infant in the household. I'll let you think about how full (and how smelly) it currently is having baked and festered in the hot sun for over a week and having been curbside since Monday evening.

    This is actually about missed trash as well as this companys willful lack of communication. There is no way to actually call and speak with someone. If I call then the message says my call is important but then immediately directs me to the website. No further options just that message repeating. And going on the website to submit an inquiry for someone to get back to us leads nowhere because they send an immediate automated message with no follow up on it. I sent an inquiry for missed trash and I was sent the schedule for pickup. Now that would be helpful if I didnt already know the schedule but I do and had I needed a reminder I would have put scheduling in my inquiry not missed trash. Now, *** been trying to get in contact with someone in order to find out why my trash is being missed every week. It is on an automated payment system so the account is not delinquent. Trash is out on the road. I have cameras up and no garbage trucks come by. I cant leave them there or Ill get fined by my HOA so now I have literal weeks worth of trash piled ** in my garage inviting bugs and mice into my home. My wife has tried to call or email to get a bulk pickup for it all but I think its ridiculous for us to have to pay to have bulk removal for the build up of trash thats been caused by your drivers not doing their jobs. Not to mention the bulk removal number I was given from one of their other automated emails was out of service. This is unacceptable. Even after being assured that there would be a pickup I leave for work 6:40am and come home 6:00pm to find that my bins are still full. Absolutely ridiculous.
