I needed a new **** system and contacted several businesses in my area. This was a major investment for me, so I conducted a bit of research online. Id never been interested in BTUs or SEER ratings before, but I armed myself with a list of questions and interviewed each companys representative to the best of my ability. Davis Heating & AC LLC stood out. Representative ***** ****** visited my home and answered each question in terms I understood. Later that day, he emailed me different options and their costs. After I considered all the proposals, I decided Davis Heating & AC was the best choice. I called *****, and he scheduled the installation for the following week. Technicians **** and **** arrived at my home at the designated time, and my new unit was up and running that afternoon. I also spoke with *******, who manages the office. She arranged for the town inspection and sent me hard copies of my warranty and receipt. In fact, every employee who assisted me was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the service I received. I wholeheartedly recommend Davis Heating & AC LLC.
