      I thought I would just share the photos....East Carolina Insulation's crew were looking at their phones while they were dumping insulation all over the yards and roads in the ********************* After they saw me taking photos, the video shows how they cut and run and left this mess in about 5 - 6 yards. Avoid at all cost.******************************************

      While the crew was blowing an attic yesterday in ****************' neighborhood, the duct tape that holds the hoses together got so hot it melted at one of the joints. This caused insulation to come out. The guys stopped as soon as they noticed. This material gets chewed up real fine to be blown by the machine. It really causes a mess when this happens. Because the wind was blowing, it created more of a mess. They called their supervisor to let him know what had happened and to get his direction on what to do. Because the wind was blowing so bad, the decision was made to come back this morning with our extraction machine and clean it up. While this was unfortunate for the homeowners, it was not intentional. I questioned the crew this morning about what was said to ****************. They stated, That they gave him the supervisors card in case he needed to call any one about a complaint. They stated, That they were not trying to be ill with him, but they were tired, hot, and aggravated about the situation and not at him. We regret that this has caused ill feelings and a nuisance to the homeowners that were affected. We will make every attempt to clean up the insulation that came out. The crew spent an hour at the shop this morning retaping all the joints in the hoses to avoid this from happening again today.

      Our crew was sent out this morning and arrived at the site around 9:15 to start cleaning up. I sent our Production Manager to the site to assist and to ensure everything was cleaned up. I spoked to ************************* this morning at 10:22 and he said, They are doing a great job and its almost cleaned up now.

      We consider ourselves to be valuable trade partners with Sydes Communities and we do not want to damage our relationship with you. While this was truly an accident, no one was hurt, and the material will not harm anyone or anything. We will do whatever it takes to make peace with everyone.We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Sydes Communities and the homeowners in the neighborhood.

      I will submit some pictures of the site after everything is cleaned up. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.
