    I went to this facility for a MRI. They refused to provide a CD.My records were given to a company called ClearPath and there is no way for me to access my records to have them shared with another MD after August 5, 2024. ClearPath says ****** Imaging is the "custodian" of my MRI and need their permission to give me access to my records but no one at Coast Imaging answers my questions.The only option ClearPath gave me was a fax, which is not the way a MD reviews an MRI!!! This service was paid for in full and I have a right to my medical records and am being denied full access to provide to other MDs, as needed.I need a CD so I don't have to go through this every time I need to go to someone different.

    I am sorry for any inconvenience ************* has experienced with our facility and the confusion around accessing her images.  We provide access to both physicians and patients to images and report via **********, Clearpath and iConnect. 
    Activity logs from Clearpath verify that the patient link to images and report were sent and accessed on 06/26/2024. There is a form for a provider to request access to images via Clearpath as well as an option for the patient to send to them directly.
    Mrs. Shaws images were sent via ********** to Resurgens Orthopedics and Peachtree Orthopedics in ******* and Emerge Ortho in *******

    This ****** did not complete a series of images that was ordered by my doctor and sent to them and scheduled and gone over before my arrival. I drove 3 hrs. round trip; my wife and I took a day off work for this imaging. They told us to arrive early, we did, yet we end up waiting for an hour to get called back to the testing area. Several days later, my ortho surgeon gets the results, and sees Coastal only did half of what was prescribed/ordered. In the meantime, Coastal tries to collect on the full testing costs with me and my insurance. I contacted the ****** over and over, but the ****** manager refuses to take calls.My doctor ended up having me to go to a different more competent imaging center to get all the imaging done right, but of course I had to pay all over again. What imaging Coastal did do, was not used since they did not do what was ordered and what I was there for. I tried to convey this to them multiple times, but the ****** manager hides from phone calls like a child and will not respond to messages left via voicemail, or with receptionists. My doctor's ****** couldn't even get someone in charge to discuss via phone or email, other than a receptionist. The level of incompetence to s**** something like this up, very important and expensive imaging, and their horrible customer service/communications afterward is appalling. If anything, Coastal owes me back the amount that I did pay them, which was $1532.86, plus my wife and I's leave time for a total waste of time. Their testing that was not used by my doctor since they totally messed up the order. To top all this off, the real audacity is now they have now sent the remaining few hundred dollars due (******) to a collection agency, what a scam! They sure won't get it. All this, plus their mistake delayed crucial timely treatment of what was found to be a serious condition I had once imaging was done properly at a better establishment.
