    SCAMMERS!!! Do not rent from this company! They lie to cover up their malpractice! I rented a property sight unseen because I was moving from *** which was fine with me, Ive done this type of long distance moving before . The house wasnt cleaned though prior to me moving in , not professionally anyway , I guess whatever the previous tenant did before moving out , lawn wasnt done. They sent a guy out like a week or so after I moved in to do it . The house smelt like animal pee and was dirty, dead roaches on the floor, laundry area had dry dog food scattered all over the place. Ceiling fans dusty and a few other crappy things that were all documented in my move in inspection yet now that Im moving next week they sent me this extensive move out list of elaborate cleaning measures that have to be done even though I didnt even get the house in acceptable condition!!! They also scam you on maintenance items that they refuse to take responsibility for and have the nerve to charge you for their negligence! I can already tell theyre going to find every way to ***** my security deposit so that they dont have to give me the full return as Ive also seen other reviews of people saying the same thing! ITS TRUE!! Aside from the name premier properties I think this company operates under another business called Home Smart Connections, so renters be on the look out for either organization!!! I would NOT rent from them

    Not sure where to start. The applicant was in a desperate situation and wanted rent the house sight unseen. We have a policy to NOT allow sight unseen leases. However we wanted to oblige her needs and went against our policy. Our other policy is to require Professional Cleaning upon move-out with receipts from a insured cleaning company. That was how the home was turned over to the tenant. We also have a policy to treat the home for pest when turning it over to new tenants which we also did. We also have in our lease to treat the home within the first ************************************ has any issues. None was requested. We could go back and forth about who said what and the demands that were put on the homeowner all day. The homeowner addressed every concern as they came. They even sent an electrician to the home within 3 hours of the work order put in on the 4th of July weekend and it turned out to be a tripped breaker. We have a responsibility to the homeowner to keep their home in a clean and safe place to live, to enforce the lease provided by the state of ************** and to respond to the needs of the tenant. I am confident we did everything in our power to make sure this home was taken care of in this manner. WE try our best to make everyone happy unfortunately some are out of our reach. We gave her the option of breaking her lease without any fees or penalties and she took us up on that option.

    I am rejecting this response because: this company clearly has a bad rep online as Ive seen other tenants of their properties have very similar issues with this business. As far as them making it seem they did so much to accommodate the tripped breaker , Im not an electrician and the pint of being a renter and having a business to manage a property is to fix things when they need to be fixed. They give an option on this resident portal that you can allow access to the property if you arent home which I selected that option for that day, then when the tech got there they said they wouldnt allow entry without me home ?!? Then why give residence the option to utilize that?? And my request was actually sent at 11:58 am no one had responded by 12:37 pm so I had to text them to see what was going on, after going back and forth with threats from them , at 3:49pm is when someone actually arrived at the house !! And for the request to be about the fridge not working..thats a long time !
