      I set an appointment at CCNC last year to seek help with my mental health. I have diagnosed PTSD and anxiety, and some undiagnosed issues I went to CCNC to help get diagnosed, but in my evaluation appointment, I was condescended to and belittled by the psychiatrist that came to evaluate me. Dr. ******************************* was overwhelmingly cruel to me and sent me into a full blown panic attack. My treatment by this doctor was far from professional or empathetic. This was my only appointment with CCNC, and although i stayed for no more than 20 minutes, they are trying to charge me $160 for it. I have tried to reach out to the supervisor of the billing department several times to see if there was any way to figure out a payment plan or if there was a way for me to not have to pay, since it ended quickly and terribly. Despite calling numerous times and leaving voicemail after voicemail, I have yet to be contacted back. I am so disappointed with the lack of treatment and care I received. I wanted to share to warn others about how this office seems to not care about the patients, just the money they'll bring to the business.
