    They had done our annual water treatment maintenance in the past. They took over for Elite Water System. On 4-17-2023 they came out to change our filters and repair our bladder thank that hasn't worked sine January 2023. The didnt have our osmosis filters with them, stated they were on backorder. I called them about a month later, co owner stated they were coming in that week. And would get us on the schedule. Weeks go by and nothing. I called then they stated filters were on the desk "co owner said I'm looking atvthem now, just trying to schedule with my driver to drop them off. Weeks go by, nothing, I called agaid, co-owner stated Im ordering them the warehouse in *********. Weeks go by, I call again. Co-owner claims they were lost in shipping. Said they were reordering them. Weeks go by, nothing. I call again and ask forca refund. Co owner agrees and sents me a photo of the check. Weeks go by I call, co-owner claims the check must have gotten lost in the mail. She said she was going to mail another refund check. That was November 2nd. They have stop responding to my calls and messages. I have called tjem over 100 times since April, with no return calls back. Multiple other people online have left the same review with the same issues, no filters, no return phone calls. Do not use this company
