    Book ordered July 3. Aug. 28 and still have not received it. I emailed and called the company. So far, have not heard from them.

    This is a very dishonest company with lots of bad reviews. I ordered a book for $18 and received both a confirmation and receipt via email. The following day, I received another email claiming that Stevens Books had "looked and discovered the book was out of stock." In reality, they cancelled my order and marked the price of the book up to $77. The price change and book are clearly on their website. They just wanted more money. How shameful for a "Christian" bookstore to blatantly lie to customers and hike up prices after an item is sold. I will never order from them again and will be warning others to avoid them as well.
