    This letter serves to the lengthy thread of back and forth messages concerning careless work done to my lawn by Coles *************

    As previously noted I hired ***** to mow my lawn and do basic upkeep to maintain my yard for my family and abide by HOA rules and guidelines.
    I gave him this opportunity since my lawn service was on vacation. I also informed him before he started that I had lights and he said its no problem. He was in a hurry and he ran over them. It is obvious that is what happened and I have provided pictures for you to view.
    I addressed ***** in a very civil manner allowing him to do the right thing and replace the lights or in fact wave his $60 fee. I understand mistakes happen. He knew he hit the lights. The kind of noise that makes would have been obvious to him as well. He did not do the right thing and tell me. In fact the opposite. He tried to cover it up. Had he done the professional thing I wouldnt be writing to you now.
    He has left me no choice but to voice my concerns about how unprofessional he is. As a community member I cannot sit back and let others be taken advantage of as well. I hoped to resolve this quickly as mistakes happen.
    It is a reasonable request he reimburse me for the lights.
    Otherwise, I will be left no choice but to take him to small claims court.

    Daryls comments about my neighbor have nothing to do with this and the fact he ran over my lights. That is a separate issue.

    Thank you for your time and attention in this matter. A quick response to move forward and resolve is appreciated.

    It was a pleasure speaking with you. 

    The lady have no reason to complaining about my work I did her an excellent job for the price did she pay I gave her a price she said it was too hot and I asked her what was in her budget and Ive done the yard for that price and I moved all her lights out of the way before I mow her lawn and she seem to be happy and then she started making trouble with a guy that I work for that redone a house across the street from her calling me telling me about the situation and I have never had any problems with the guy and he had to call the police on her she a troublemaker I think I blocked her so she couldnt keep call me about the run in she having with the man I work with sorry ab
