    Nice people, if they show up. I asked for a simple gutter clean out in July, 2024. In August, I was promised it would be done in two weeks. Unfortunately, Hurricane ****** got here on September 27 and the job still had not been done. I suffered the consequences. To his credit, the owner took responsibility. But now, with everyone trying to get repairs after the storm, I am stuck. I dont know what the problem is. Overworked? Mismanagement? But if you deal with them, get something in writing.

    Sheets Brothers gave me an estimate for doing gutter work in April 2021, which I immediately accepted. It's November 2022 and they still haven't done the work, and have not responded the last two or three times I contacted them.

    Good morning Bob, we apologize greatly. We have 3 crew members on the guttering crew. We haven't ran 5" guttering much this year due to not having enough work force. We have customers like you that have waited on us and we are so blessed for that. We will try our best to have your job completed hopefully by the end of the year.

    Then I shouldn't have been told at least twice that I was "near the top of the list," and not had my calls or emails responded to. You can forget the job. I have found some|one else to do it.
