    **** came to our house in *********** in Nov 2024 to fix our unit. He said the compressor was bad and the board was bad. He replaced the compressor and said he had to order a new board. We paid him $2000 to get the unit fixed. Since our son lives in the house, we didn't realize until early March that the unit had not been fixed yet. We had another heating and air contractor look at the unit and they said that he wired the unit so the emergency heat would come on to heat the house during the extreme cold months and ran the electric bill up to close to $300 each month. After many attempts to get **** to fix the unit, he comes up with multiple excuses and promises that it will be completed. He even attempted to get an additional $500 out of my son to fix the unit. As of today, 4/4/25, the unit has not been fixed and requests for a refund have been denied and ignored. We have multiple text messages but too many to upload.

    ****** is a local HVAC technician who owns his own business named Joshs Heating and Cooling located in **********, **. I have worked with ****** in the past and have not have issues, but recently he has not been responding to me despite having paid him for HVAC services that have not yet been rendered. On 4/13/24, I paid ****** $200 for multiple services, including $100 towards a HVAC routine maintenance service contract. ****** never sent me a contract despite me requesting it several times. The contract is for two services per year, which he provided one service so far. Therefore, I am disputing $50 for the second half that has not been rendered since I can only assume he is now ignoring me so no future services will be given. Additionally, on 5/3/24, I paid ****** $416.12 for the installation of a filter for my HVAC ductwork. He had personal issues come up and I tried to work with him on several occasions to have the services provided later on. Unfortunately, ****** has not responded or showed up for the job and has started to ignore my text messages. ****** has possession of the filter part and has not returned my money or completed the job.
