Im very grateful my sister referred me too ride up counseling. ******** has helped me tremendously. From using my tools to understanding what emotions Im feeling and being able to acknowledge them and work through them. Not only that ******** is patient and has a warming feeling that makes it just easy to open up and actually feel like youre being heard. She shows compassion and actually takes the time to understand how you feel. Im very grateful and excited to keep moving forward in this journey and just so happy I found ******** and rise up counseling. If you havent found a place to start your therapy this is the place to start !

I was so lucky to find Rise Up Counseling. I looked at the reviews of the options and Rise Up had the best and now as a patient I know first hand. They are knowledgeable, good listeners and I never feel that I not being heard. Every session is life changing with the teaching of life skills tools. I can't say enough about how amazing Rise Up is! *********************************** has so many tools and knowledge on various types of therapy and I have had so many breakthroughs through the *************** Systems therapy sessions. It has changed my life. Coming from a background of trauma, when I started my sessions I was already knowledgeable on some healing practices I have experienced on my own healing journey, and wasn't sure what to expect, but Rise Up exceeded any expectation I could ever have and I have (and continue) to learn and grow during our sessions. It's been an incredible experience and if you're not sure if this is the place for you, I'm telling you - it is! I feel so blessed to have found Rise Up Counseling and my counsellor, ***********************************. Words can hardly describe how grateful I am for her and how much her service has helped me thus far. ****************** has given me the tools and resources to hone in on my purpose, create a better sense of Self, and work *************** deep wounds that have been created in my past. I have tried therapy many times before to no avail, but once I found Rise Up and ******************, everything began to fall into place. I can feel her genuine compassion and determination to help me help myself. She has motivated and inspired me to take the reigns on my life and work towards creating a much more desirable one, from providing new coping mechanisms to trying *********** techniques. It is the greatest sense of teamwork! Since being at Rise Up, I have genuinely seen an accelerated amount of personal growth. She has helped me to get "unstuck." I look forward to therapy every week and even more now that I have progressed to every 2 weeks!?? Rise Up Counseling has changed my life by giving me tools to better help me manage my every day life. I am so glad I discovered Rise Up Counseling. ******** helped me tremendously and I truly feel that I am now able to Rise Up above my mental illness and take back my life. Every session, I left feeling so relieved to have learned new coping mechanisms that I can pull from my mental toolkit whenever I need them. I can honestly say I feel better mentally than I have my whole life. ******** is so down to earth, and a wonderful person to talk to.
