    On 12/10, I employed the services of Weeb Movers. I communicated with the owner about wrapping my couch and tv and I was assured that would get done. Upon reaching my final destination and going to unload the truck, I discovered that my tv and couch were not wrapped and the tv has suffered a scratched scream and the panel along the perimeter has also been damage. Physically the damages dont seem major so I plugged it up so that I could setup the tv and thats when I saw the black/blue light on the screen; seems like an ink bleed. *** reached out to the pro regarding filing a claim and I was dismissed. I have shared screenshots of the conversation I had with ***** prior to the job, and also me reaching out the moment I discovered the issue with the tv. I have also shared a photo before the loaders came which shows my tv was working perfectly fine. Im not going to be moving a broken tv across the country and the couch costs way more than the tv and I havent complained about the couch which did get scuffed up. This is about being accountable and doing the right thing.

    The address shared and the phone number were all provided to me by Thumbtack customer service. This business is not a brick and mortar business. They do not have an actual physical location but the address provided is where the owner resides.

    So basically we packed ********* truck the best we could with the limited space that was in it. Her move was an out of state move so we dont use our padding on items for moves like that since those pads belong to us. The tv and everything else was fine when it was loaded into the truck and once we loaded the truck fully our services had ended at that point since that was all she had paid for. Everything that happens after that is no longer our responsibility so the tv couldve been damaged by the way the customer may have drove or maybe it was broken when they reached their out of state destination.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    ***** and I had a conversation about my item being wrapped. Also he did not know about where I was moving to until after the job was done. I have the proof of our communication and if space was limited, why not notify me that theres no space for the tv and then let me figure out some other options on what to do.
