I contacted NC septic and pump specialist about a problem with my septic tank overflowing and my drain lines were standing in water. They sent a technician out and he explained what they would do, which was to empty the septic tank and remove the standing water by sucking the drain lines out. I asked him at that time what would happen if the truck filled up before the drain lines were empty and he told me that they would take the truck and empty it and come back and complete the job. The Technicians that they sent out came with a small truck to clean everything out once it was full they quit. They Showed up a couple hours earlier than my scheduled time so I hadnt had time to get the money yet so I went to get the cash because they told me they preferred cash and that if I paid cash it would be cheaper for me.But it wasnt they charged me full price $2100.00 and they were only here an hour cause before I could even get started back to my house I received a text from the technician that they were wrapping up the job and were going to wait till I got home if I was bringing cash.2 days later I had water seeping and gurgling on top of the tank, tank is full again and drain lines still clogged. There is no way they sucked any water out of the drain lines 2 days earlier, they sent me pictures of them uncovering the tank and their hose in the tank but no pictures of them sucking any water from drain lines. And they said they sent me pictures of the job yes they did but only of them sucking the septic tank out, the drain lines was the reason I hired them I could have my tank pumped for $300.00 not $2100.00. Ive contacted them 3 times already and have been told that they sent me pictures, yes they did but no evidence they evacuated the drain lines. The last time was 2 days ago and was told someone would contact me, I havent heard anything yet.Oh yeah when I gave him the money I thought he was going to the truck to get me a receipt but he just left so I have no receipt!

    *****,

Gage will call when he is not on a jobsite during the ******* were sent photos of the tank being pump as well as that hose being hooked up and pulling vacuum to the outlet line of your tank from the drain field. As discussed on site, with Gage, the remediations are not fail proof and if the drain field has gone untreated and hydraulically overloaded for too long, the system as a whole could be failing and your next steps would be to contact the county to draw a permit for a new drain field, and that if hired, we would put $900 from this job, towards the repair. You stated that you wanted to go this route first, and were aware of cost. Our truck is 2500 gallons, and we pulled vacuum until it was not pulling anymore liquid. This is a brand new truck with a brand new pump system that works extremely efficiently. I can see that a receipt of service was sent. I can have admin re-send today as I know it took a couple of times for you to view the pictures as well. The truck did not fill up so there was no need to return. If the job did not take as long as you expected, its because we come equipped with excavators and strong pumps so that we are time effective. Following your job, it is best that the ground have time to dry out. We cannot predict the weather, and if there were any clogs or lose debris, along with standing water in your lines, I assure you it was cleared by our service.
Finally, it is important to note that drain fields are only permitted for a # of persons for household. Should you exceed this amount and overwork the system, the pooling water is a result of that. We see this situation often, and although I can agree it is frustrating, we offered the only service between a standard pump out, and a permit for a new drain field which is much more costly. You agreed to move for with the remediation, that was not guaranteed, prior to getting the county involved, and that message was relayed and transparent.

    Thank you.
