      I went to this vape store today like I have many times before and made a purchase for an energy drink for $15. Then about an hour or two after I left the store, while I was at a doctors appointment (which I can prove with documentation and my GPS on my phone can be pulled to confirm this as well), someone in the store made 9 purchases back to back without my authorization or knowledge in the amount of $137.78. These are odd purchase amounts and I always spend $15 even when I go there. I only found out when I saw that my bank account was negative later that day. I went to the vape store and showed them my statement and they said there was a problem with their payment system and the charges would never post (I recorded the owner of the store saying this and have the video on my phone for proof if you would like to have this), but the charges posted shortly after. I went back to the store and showed the owner who once again said they never charged me all of those times and it was a system error but they refused to refund it. I called the cops to file a police report and they informed me that I needed to file a dispute with my bank and that it was a civil matter. So I contacted the bank and filed a dispute which can take up to 30 days to resolve. My son is turning 4 in a week and this fraud is going to seriously impact him. I am not going to be able to afford the rest of his gifts or party supplies because someone in this company stole from me and my family and they are refusing to do anything about it. This is fraud 100%. I was not there. My card was with me. No one else has access to my card or knows my pin. I have documentation that I was at a completely different location having a mass on my back evaluated. The owner of the store told the cop that they submitted a batch late and thats where all of the charges came from (which was completely different than what I was told) but my bank records show every other purchase I have ever made there. I need this resolved.
