I dont typically leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others dont go through what I did with Clearflow Waterproofing.I hired them because the contractor came across as professional and trustworthy. He also had an A- rating on the Better Business Bureau, positive ****** reviews and a positive review on yelp. He provided what seemed like a fair estimate for time and materialsbut the job ended up requiring much more of both. Despite this, he acted as though he was fulfilling the agreement, when the reality was quite the opposite.The work was sloppy, unprofessional, and caused damage to my property. Im now facing thousands of dollars in repairs just to fix the mess they left behind. What started as a budgeted project has turned into a financial burden.I truly regret hiring this company, and I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake.

Hi ***** we are sorry you was not pleased with the work that was in the estimate as we received in text that you was happy with the work by you saying everything looked good as expected then as you explained one day you did not want us back and the next day asking for us to come back to do something else, we are sorry you was unsatisfied with everything, due to an estimate is A quote provides a fixed, agreed-upon price for goods or services, while an estimate offers a preliminary, approximate cost that may be subject to change.A. This is an outright lie. The job that you did that was supposed to help with my water. Flow situation was a very poor job and I have plenty of documentation from professionals who reviewed your work who said that what you were doing was incorrect and caused more problems than I had before. I am now in the position to spend thousands of dollars correcting a job you didn't finish and a job that you did poorly. I understand that you want to defend yourself because this is your line of work, but you cannot sit here and deny that the work that you did was poor and not anywhere near in alignment with your proposal and your word.Review fromCindy O

******* came out and did a great job on our crawl space and kept us informed of his progress. We then had him come back and repair some HVAC duct work after he pointed out some flaws. Would 100% recommend to friends and neighbors.ClearFlow Waterproofing
