    In late July 2022 I contracted with Pendry Home Improvements to install Hardie siding (about 3.5 squares) on a house in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Neil Pendry and I had a discussion by email in which I described our problem as having vinyl siding that was warping and so I needed non-warping siding. He recommended Hardie. Mr. Pendry quoted $2500, without further details about the product he would install. He finished the job and I paid him. My property manager later discovered warping and took photos that revealed he had installed vinyl siding, not Hardie, something he acknowledges. My efforts to contact him directly or through the property manager and get the correct product installed have been fruitless. Our agreement on the type of siding is documented in email and attached. The photos of the result are also attached. The best resolution would be a refund. I am open to replacement/completion with correct siding that accounts for the cost of the delay.

    Hey ****.  Hope all is well.  I received the complaint from ****. Spoke with him yesterday and everything has been resolved. We both agreed that bad communication between him and the property management that called me initially about the job. After my last communication with property management, I thought the issue was resolved but after receiving this bbb complaint then I reached out to **** immediately.  I take pride in my A+ rating with the bbb. 20 years in business and having served thousands of satisfied customers, It bothers me to have any negative feedback about my business.
