They charged us almost 2K for granite, but then the two men coming to install the granite wouldn't do it as they insisted they couldn't uninstall our sink and all because any mistakes they made would hold the company accountable. All the sales woman could say when I called her and fussed over this was "It's in the contract." The men were supposed to return in two hours while I called a seperate contractractor to uninstall the sink and all, but they never returned until five hours later, then they still didn't do their job. They left glue bulging from the granite, they took our sink and erroneously took all the connecting pipes as well so that, even when they put the granite in we still couldn't reconnect our sink as they had the connecting pipes . The sales woman was not helpful in anyway. It was obvious all she cared about was the sale and nothing about customer service. They wanted to charge us extra for uninstalling and hauling away our old sink and counter top. They didn't even install the sink with the new granite. My contractor had to come and install and seal the sink a day later. They merely dropped it on the granite and left it there. We had to wait until the lazy men brought us the pipes back the next day so we could have running water and waste disposal in our Kitchen. Amanzi has beautiful granite but the most disgusting nonexistant customer service I have ever experienced and all they want to do is gouge you for costs that should have been included with the purchase of the granite. The one hispanic man was rude and lazy and the sales woman didn't take time to prep us for any of this or explain the contents of the contract to us before hand otherwise I would have cancelled my purchase with them. In not doing what was expected, they disrupted my entire day, wanting to gouge us for more money to pay extra for uninstall and reinstall of our kitchen sink and countertop we were replacing. I will never do business with this horrible company again.
