    Concrete Craft overlaid my patio on 10/4/2018. The overlay started to crack and break off in April 2020. I contacted the owner - Jason B**** and after promising to come by the next weekend, it was 2 months later he did show and promised to fix the patio. It was to be completed in October 2020.
    In March 2021 he said that he would definitely be coming back to fix the patio and he would be in touch. June 11, 2021 he assured me that would fix the issue; however, he needed to get the stamps that he had borrowed for the original job. September 2021 was the last time he chose to respond to my messages. I have sent a message in 3/16/2023 however, I do believe that the number is no longer valid. I would prefer that I get a refund the terrible work the Jason is and team did to my patio overlay!!!

    We paid a deposit of $2250.00 in early December 2022 for a driveway surfacing project to be "put in the queue" for when the weather would be the right temperature and they could get to us. However, when I emailed the owner March 24, 2023 to check on an estimated time till the job would be started, I got no response. When I called the number on their website, it said "no longer in service." I called the cell number I still had for the owner's son Chris, who had done our estimate, and he gave me a different number to try for Jason B****, but also made a cryptic remark about not being on terms with his father any more. I called that new number that went to voicemail and left a message. I realized at this point we were probably out of luck because they had likely folded the business sometime after taking our deposit. We'd like our deposit back, of course, but figure that is likely a lost cause without going to court. We are guessing they've gone out of business since the phone number on the site is disconnected. Other than that, the site for the business still appears active though.

    Concrete Craft overlaid my driveway on January 2021. The overlay started to fail just a few months afterwards. I contacted the owner (Jason B****) and after several emails he finally came to evaluate the problem. Jason agreed that the job had failed and requested time to seek advise from the home office to resolve the issue. On November 2022 Jason emailed me advising that he was going to fix the problem but since was leaving on a trip he would contact me upon his return.
    Here is the email he sent:
    Hey *****, Yes I agree with you and I do apologizes for the delay. I’m still working with the manufacturer on this but I will redue the driveway. I am getting ready to leave for a few weeks on a hunting trip, when I get back beginning of dec we will get together and get a plan together to get this resolved with or without them. Hope you guy have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
