    We had them come out to service our heat pump/air conditioner. The filter is in the attic. I ask the worker after changing the filter to give me the old one. He came back down and said he forgot to get the old filter. I said I needed it. He went up and came back with a new filter. I said this was not changed and he lied straight to my face and said he did change it. I called the supervisor and he came out and said the guy did not change it. I was told later that he was told not to change the filter so when it got dirty enough that we would have to make another service call so they can increase their profits. Done with them. If you want to give them all your money call them they will be glad to take the money.

    We had a brand new unit installed June 2021.it took several service calls before it worked properly. In August of this year the same thing happened. A little over a year later. We called and they came out to fix it,charged us $300 for a servo e call and said it was because we had not had the unit serviced. It had on,y been 1 year and 1 month since it was installed.
