    I want consumers considering using Smith Family Monuments, to know that once everything is paid in full, "good customer service ends". I purchased a monument to be used as a companion monument which was installed 7/27/23. I am not please with the placement of the monument and have requested my concerns be addressed. My request has been met with great resistance. Smith Family Monuments, disagrees with my expectations, and feels their installation people did nothing wrong. I relied on Smith Family Monuments expertise, but feel my expectations have not been met to my satisfaction. I wanted to honor the final resting place of my mother, but it has been dishonored instead.
