    Randy was great He repaired our unit without trying to sell us stuff we didn't need as others have. The ac unit is running great and priced as quoted and in less time. I will be setting up a maintenance program with them soon!

    Very expensive. There is no breakdown between the labor and the parts. The average person can not afford their pricing!

    Sutton Brothers is far above any HVAC company I have used since I bought my house 20 years ago.
    First, their office staff is courteous and understands the business and their responsibility as the face of the company over the phone. Never had a bad experience working with anyone
    The technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable and keep you informed as they proceed with their job. And, it is obvious they enjoy their jobs and working for the company
    Last but certainly not least. Their internet system providing you with a picture and introduction to technician coming to your house makes you feel that your safety is important to them
    I would never use anyone else!

    When I received my bill there was only a total. Technician said that was all he had. I paid bill and figured U could get breakdown with simple phone call. Called and lady said she could not help me. Said I would need to talk to another person. Left message for her to call me. No return call. Over next week plus I called 4 more times, left message and no return call. Waited a few mor days and got hold of her. She refused any breakdown. I asked parts breakout. No. I asked labor rate. No. Claimed flat rate. Had nothing to do with questions. Asked for supervisor. Gentleman called next day and refused to answer any of my questions. Just said they do not divulge that information and ended call. Do consumers have no rights in North Carolina?

    Excellent service! Cody was very professional and courteous throughout. He diagnosed and fixed our gas log issue He also gave us an estimate on our water hydrant in the backyard. Emailed us an estimate, We are very happy with the outstanding service we received and definitely recommend them to residential homeowners. I believe no job is too small for them. ** Kernersville NC
