    The website says 24 hour turn around and I paid for 2 day air shipping to get the bat back before a tournament. They shipped it out 24 hour later but not with the 2 day shipping I paid for. It's estimated to take 4 days, which will be after the tournament. I've emailed twice and I've messaged them on Facebook. Have not received a reply. UPS advises I request a refund from the business but I can get ahold of anyone.

    I purchased a heat rolling service from Longballbats.com. I shipped the company my son’s bat through priority mail from my local post office. On Longballbats website,they offer 24 hour turnaround service for bat rolling. I have contacted the company many times now by email, phone and FB. They will not respond nor have they sent the bat back. That was a week ago now.
