    I put a $500.00 deposit on a Clipper 14cr on November 16 and went to pick it up on November 21 2024 and the camper was not what I expected the refrigerator didn't have a freezer and the dinette didn't make a full size bed so I didn't purchase the camper I ask for my deposit back and I was told only when they sold the camper to someone else that I would get my deposit back.

    This customer bought the trailer sight unseen. The salesperson recommended that they come to look at it first but the customer wanted for us to get it ready for them and put a deposit on it. As normal we prepped the trailer, filled the ** tank and installed a brand new interstate battery as well as prepared all the documentation (title and NC-MVR1). We set an appointment for the customer to come and do a walk through with a technician. Upon their arrival the customer proceeded to measure the dinette that makes a bed and they determined that it was not going to work for them. While this trailer was on hold for the customer we turned down other buyers who wanted to purchase it. Our contract states that once the unit is prepped and ready and the customer changes their mind the deposit can be transferred to a different unit but not refunded. However, in this case we agreed to refund the customer their deposit as soon as we have a buyer for the unit.

    Love these guys and gals. Very professional, it has been a while since we purchased a trailer from them but we go to them every year for our inspection and never an issue. We did have a hail storm on the 20th April 2024 and took it too them to have it checked out. Still waiting on the adjuster to check it out. But love these people. If you get the chance see *****

This person started last week posting on face book and ****** allegations against our sales manager. This is the ****** review:******************* 5 reviews3 photos 3 days agoNEW Your place of business doesnt even deserve one star ive been waiting on my 350$ back after we had a deal i have title an all and then you tell me you dont know what happened to my camper i want my money back and i filed the police report 2 years ago still havent heard a thing so ****** WHERES MY MONEY OR MY CAMPER???If this person really had a case, why wait 2 years? It would have been resolved a long time ago.
