I have boarded my dogs at Park Your Bark for over 10 years. The facility is beautiful and clean. My dogs were different breeds and sizes over the years. They all had excellent care and were so happy to be there that they did not want to leave! Their tails were always wagging when I dropped them off, because they knew they were going to have a doggy vacation, too. They were clean, rested, fed, watered and very happy whenever I picked them up. I never worry about them when they are there. It is great peace of mind.

Well we boarded our babies with them and our little girl came back with a bacterial infection per the vet. Not sure if they just dont clean up that well or what but this ***** as does the vet ****. The helper who lives in the barn is sweet as is the guy who owns it, but his wife has 0 people skills and is rude. We were told by several folks in ****** to not use them but we didnt listen sadly.

We do not have a record of a customer with the name listed on this customer review, however I will share a general response to this comment. We are sorry the client had an unhappy interaction with our business and wish they had contacted us directly with any concerns as we always pay the vet **** or visit in conjunction with any animal boarded with us. A bacterial infection is normally airborne in people and animals. It is much like Covid and a non symptomatic carrier could infect another animal in our care without our knowledge. That is another reason we like to be advised of any issues so we can alert any other owners of animals in our care during the time of this purported transmission. It is similar to sending your child to daycare or school or visiting a restaurant or venue where one person is infected and others become infected. Our facility is cleaned and disinfected twice daily. So once again we are sorry for your bad experience and urge you to contact us regarding this situation and allow us the opportunity to address the issue. It is also important that we know the names of the customers and their dates of boarding and which animal(s) this affected. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
