      The reason for my complaint is because we have been a customer since 2017 and we did not have any issues until 2021. Since 2021 up to this year 2022 we have not been able to completely fulfilled some orders without basically begging our sales rep to let us place an order. Our sales representative is *********************. Now **** has been extremely rude asking us to no longer sale/use Buckeye material because there is a "shortage', however we have communicated with other companies in which in fact he sales to them and completely just discriminates us. He is also very rude in his emails, the last email we received from him was August 4th, 2022 @ 3:14pm him emailing us and saying to not email him anymore. We need our material to complete our jobs or else we can get sued and have contracts with timelines. We have reached out to the corporate and the representative said they cannot give us another sales rep that **** is the only one that can take our order and has to first be approved by him and we explained how he does not want to take them and disregarded our complaint and were very rude as well. We do not understand why we have to beg for material since we have placed orders with them regularly. I went to the nearest Buckeye warehouse and it was full of material and **** was saying they still do not have the material. Every time we place an order we literally have to beg **** and go out of our way to have to find material in other places we do not order, but as mentioned we have been customers with them since 2017. This company is very rude, and makes us feel discriminated and not heard. This needs to change!! if the company would like to reach out we have all the emails of going back and fourth with ********************* being very rude and not wanting to take our orders. I wish I can rate this company at zero stars because that's how bad our service has been lately, they do not deserve even one star.
