    The lady that picks up the phone is rude and will cuss you out faster than you can finish a sentence. I have seen them dump trash in people's yards because of missing a payment. They are rude and very unprofessional

    ***** and *** have always been great to deal with! I have been a customer for over 5 years and these are the best people we have EVER DEALT WITH!! They are always dependable and friendly! ***** is a great guy, always friendly and professional!! SOME PEOPLE CAN'T BE SATISFIED BY ANY MEANS!     ************************* owner worst trash service in Gaston county horrible cut service and trash trucks that shouldnt be allowed on the road.i have got the Deq involved with his poor business practice.he got mad like a baby and want pick my trash up even though Im paid up for 2 more months.

    These ppl after 6months of me canceling my bill come out and didn't say anything took trash can pulled in my yard dumped trash in my yard and took there trash can it is poor management and very unsafe these people should be put out of business I'm not the 1st person this has happen to
