      My liner had come down in several spots and needed to be tightend. This company came out and tightened the liner in June 2023. I had a french drain put in behind the pool, past the concrete, to prevent any more problems with the liner. Once the water was filled up in the pool, they came and pulled out the vacuum from the side. They left the bottom box behind the liner. I didn't notice it until about a week or two later because it was under the water. I had to drain my pool again in order for them to pull the box out, then they had to come back and pull it out to fix the liner. Then I had to get my pool filled up again. Then I noticed that I was losing water and having to add water every day. I found that there was a hole in the liner at the steps. They came and patched the liner, which looked like clear duct tape coming off the sides. He said that that was all that they could do. We filled the water back up. As he was stretching the liner, they put a big sender block in the pool so that the liner would not pull and create a hole again. Which shows that they made the hole when they were stretching my liner the first time. I covered the pool over the winter, then I uncovered it about two weeks ago because I am selling my house. The liner was coming down again. They came out and stretched the liner, but left so many wrinkles in the shallow end and pulled the duct tape off the side of the liner leaving a big ***** I kept asking him to straighten the wrinkles and he said to just see how the inspection goes. When I got my pool inspection done to sell my house, they said that I needed a new liner. They commented on the big duct tape spot where they pulled it off. I have never had this much issue out of my liner until after they came out last June. It has been a nightmare. He was going to give me an estimate of putting me a new liner in but I feel that he should fix it for free. I have photos of all of this information to back it up.
