    On April 1 ******* ******** was awoken at 3:00 am to bamming on door! Tow Truck had already put boot on front of Stryker Truck and a security service parked in back of truck. Yes there were no Parking signs but for every 100 drivers 10 to 20 parking spots.Reciept says service provided were for boot and towing services Not performed period MidNite Express followed in security truck to ATM to get total of ******* dollars for absolutely nothing . Laughed stated there was nothing he could do owners name of towing company is ****** ********.absolutely no service was done no tow and against 85 % rule tractor was completely full of hospital beds not partially full completely full. I know this isnt your problem but if caught and out of time ********* fine if truck had been towed and employer had to get out of tow would be fired on the spot.     I have a video all the pictures of the signs that she admitted to for no parking he parked on private property for which I have a contract for the property it's specifically says the prices and for any body that is parked on the property after business hours will be booted / towed at owner's expense they already tried to dispute the card that was used through their Bank but with the video the receipt the picture of his ID and all the other evidence that I had the dispute they denied and gave me the money back because I was the one in the right I also called Mr ******** the day I found out about the dispute which was about 2 weeks laterAnd he said that his wife was the one that was trying to dispute the card after he told her that he was in the wrong she also has called my phone several times threatening cussing and harassing me the police was called out there and the police let them know that I do have in fact several contracts throughout the county the city and the state that we tow off of for private property parking so everything that I have done was 100% in the right she was not even nowhere around she was in ******* while her husband was driving the truck but she is the one that keeps calling texting and harassing and filing a complaint with the better Business bureau and I will not be given no refund at all she disputed the card and the bank even gave me the money back because I have everything that I was supposed to have showing that I was in the right they was in the wrong so therefore I will not be given a refund back sorry for the inconvenience hope you have a great day and anytime you pull into a parking lot look at the signs that you admitted to seeing that said no parking or you would be towed or booted at owners expense do not park there because of the fact this will happen.
