    They are not accepting new patients yet do not state this on their website. That would have saved an hour of my time filling out and submitting paperwork online. Got a call from a very nice lady and I explained to her that I was having tooth pain. Was told the dental scheduler would call me back. They called back and I was told that no new patients were being accepted but if I was having a dental emergency they could see me within 24 hours. I told her that I was having tooth and gum pain and needed to see someone. Was told to call back in the mornings each day to see if there was an opening. Called back this morning and was transferred to the *****************. No one answered so left a voicemail. Got a call back but did not hear my phone and they left a voicemail. Called right back and the person that called me could not be found so left a message. Kept my phone with me all afternoon but no call back. My sister walked in from work and her phone was ringing and it was the **** calling her phone instead of mine. The lady started with asking me had I seen another dentist and I told her yes, two years ago. She asked me why I wasn't going back to that dentist instead of calling KCHC. I told her that I did not want to see that dentist again. Then she asked me to hold (not put on hold) and I heard a lot of unprofessional laughing and loud talking. She came back and I was told again they were not accepting new patients but I could call each morning to check on openings. I should not be grilled as to why I am trying to get an appointment with this agency and not going to another dentist. My sister should not be receiving my return calls on her phone when she is only listed as an emergency contact. I also sent a message via their "PORTAL" two days ago asking could I be placed on a wait list and have yet to receive an answer to that question. I'm pretty sure I never will. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time!
