      The female staff person who answered my call in January 2023, stated that this business has only ********** and is no longer accepting new customers for plumbing service (dont know what constitutes new customers).

      Mr. *****,
      At this time we are under staffed on the plumbing side of our business, we have been running ads through multiple sites for the past 6 months in an attempt to hire more plumbing staff. We have had minimal luck hiring more staff. Our local news (***** News) recently ran an article about the lack of staffing in trade jobs specifically plumbing written from our owner ***** ********* perspective. At this time our work load is back logged due to the lack of staffing. As much as we would like to take on all work limited staffing has made us reevaluate what we are able to take on and complete in a reasonable time frame. We feel that is it fair to customers to let you know this up front and not mislead you with a false time line. If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to give me a call.
