    Is extremely nice and professional up-front. Should you ask any questions or request clarification, the owner becomes non-responsive to questions, very combative and threatening. Does not hesitate to take out a lien against your home or threaten legal issues if you don't pay them because they refuse to answer questions. This company will charge you fees for things they know insurance doesn't cover. Supervisory Fees (aka I'm charging you to do paperwork) and their Matter Port Scan (instead of using a tape measure to work up a quote like any capable contractor does) are just two examples. If you do make the mistake of hiring them, get your own dumpster as well. They will charge you every ounce regardless oh how much is removed and then charge you *** markup and profit on top of that (which seems that it should be illegal if you are profiting twice and documenting as such) Remediation companies seem to be the way to go and you resort to them, because they *should* be the expert in damages of this sort, but in my experience and opinion along the course of "working" with this company, I would hire a standard, highly-recommended general contractor that respects you. No matter what, thoroughly review every invoice in its entirety, no matter who you do business with.
