    - Beware!!
    I had to cancel a reservation I had made for 4th of July week in 2024.
    I gave them over 6 months notice.
    They re- rented it..
    They decided to only returned 1/3 of my money paid to them.
    Do not rent from Seaside.

    Seaside Vacation property management was a terrible experience. I would attempt to give them a negative rating however I do not think that is possible. We knew the price of our rental - ******* - for a week and that is what we signed up for paying that amount. We did not sign up for a property that was less than expected. Appliances, sliding doors, pool lights, grills etc. that were beyond board unacceptable. Doors would not open, ice maker would not function, pool lights did not work and it was not at all clean upon our check-in. Upon calling the property management they did send repair men who did the best they could to fix certain items. The property management staff could never reach anyone with responsibility nor would they return any phone calls. They insisted on speaking with only the person on the lease which is fair but never called the person. When this person reached out to them they alleged he was not the person on the lease. They offered *** for the cleaning fee - a house that accommodates 17 people and have since refused to provide documentation of the cleaning expense. My advice would be never to rent from this company.

    I stayed in one of their rentals with my family. The place was dirty, ice maker didn’t work and we ended up buying bags of ice, sliding doors didn’t work, pool lights were broken. Called to have things fixed. Mgmt sent repair men out, they said they could not repair certain things and they would notify the company and they would send someone else out, never happened no matter how many calls were made. The internet didn’t work half the time and there were numerous other small thing that should have been in good working order especially considering the $$$$$ we paid. My advice is if you are considering renting from them think twice.

    If I could leave a negative star I would. The house was a dump, location was great. The management company was rude, unprofessional, unresponsive and pretty much could care less about any of our concerns. Broken doors, broken lights, cockroaches and all around filthy amenities filled the house. We tried to remedy the situation as best we could during the stay, but all efforts failed. After the stay, and repeated phone calls (not a return phone call from the management company) we we offered ****** refund. Or about .*** of the rental cost. How embarrassing for them to even offer that!! Shame on them.
    My recommendation is that NO INE rent from this company. It is a scam and the people are disgusting. Renter beware.

    We stayed at one of vacation rentals that had cock roaches in the bedrooms. The bathtub was stopped up the shower was broken in one of the bathrooms. They refused to do anything about it. We were only there for two days. They said that the owners had a pest person that sprayed but there were cock roaches and spiders everywhere.
